BioName: Lucciola Age: 19 Occupation: Gryphon cavalryman/servant Empire: Agathangelos Series: Last Exile Lucciola was born into a family that has served the noble family Elaclaire for many generations. His parents were both killed mysteriously by the time he was three years old, and he was consequently raised by his older brother, Cicada. His childhood was disciplined and strict, and he was taught to put his own needs below those he was serving. When he was still quite young, Lucciola was given as a servant to Dio, the youngest of the Elaclaires. The two boys were the same age, and Dio quickly accepted Lucciola as his friend, treating him more as a companion than anything else. However, Lucciola still recognizes that Dio outranks him, so to speak, and treats him so. Whenever the other is threatened, he is quick to become defensive. Dio is the most important person in the world to Lucciola, even moreso than his own brother. Recently, with the outbreak of the war between the two kingdoms, Dio has decided that he has become bored with living the cushy life of a noble and has dragged Lucciola along with him to become part of the gryphon cavalry. Lucciola was more than happy to accompany him, if only to keep him out of trouble, as best he could. While he usually appears calm and docile, Lucciola is actually quite a skilled fighter, with very fast reflexes. He prefers to use a spear, or a sword, in hand-to-hand combat. He is also well trained to fly gryphons, as well as dragons and winged-horses. He has no preferences in this case, but typically flies on gryphons with Dio. [OOC: I am not Lucciola.
